| 1. | You may use the front entrance during normal working hours. However, it is recommended that you use your access code to gain entry to the gated parking lot and enter through the rear entrance. After 5:00 p.m., you will have to use your access code to gain entry to the gated parking lot and enter through the rear entrance. |
| 2. | Always prominently display your picture identification badge while on the property. |
| 3. | Always show the highest respect for the Officer. Never call an officer at home and direct all correspondence through the Police Department. |
| 4. | Any fund raising project that is organized by the Alumni Association will be conducted by members of the organization. Police Officers are not allowed by Department policy to solicit funds for the CPAAA. |
| 5. | No members of the ECPAAA shall: |
| a) | engage in conduct contrary to the rules and regulations of the Euless Police Department. |
| b) | become involved in conduct which would bring discredit upon the ECPAAA or the Euless Police Department |
| c) | take any Police property out of the Police Department, other than paperwork of classroom materials issued to them, or make copies of any police department documents for personal use. |
| d) | carry a handgun or other weapon on their person while involved in a CPAAA sponsored event, training session, ride along, or while on Euless City Property. |
| e) | handle any Police Department weapon except under the direction and immediate supervision of a Police Officer. |
