To sign up to patrol:

1. click the logo above on the bottom right of the calender

2. Login using the User Name and Password provided to you.

3. Click on Create Event (below Google logo) you will see this (picture below).  Type the "What" blank, the Unit Number of the car you plan to use (742 is the white Expedition and 810 is the maroon Dodge) then your name and partners name.  Then change the date and time for when you and you partner are going on patrol (make sure the "All Day button is not checked).  In the "Where" blank type patrol or the name of the function the car is being used for.  Next you will click on Save and then sign out in the top right corner.  All done. ( you do not need to worry about any of the other settings or fields in the calendar)

4.  If for some reason you and your partner are unable to patrol please DELETE your schedule.  This can be done by following steps 1 and 2 from above, the find where you scheduled yourselves, click on the schedule one time and then on delete.
